1. What We Collect
CopyFrenzy doesn't use passwords. To create a token you give us an email address (see section 4), and the other data we handle is what you explicitly submit through the token creation form: your token's name, symbol, description, image, and any social links you choose to add. If you use launch packs or the affiliate program, you also sign in with your wallet, and we keep a small record tied to that wallet address (see section 9).
2. Where It Goes
Your token image and metadata are uploaded to IPFS via Pinata and become publicly accessible — this is required for wallets, explorers, and Raydium to display your token. Once published to IPFS, this content is effectively permanent and cannot be deleted by us.
3. Wallet Data
We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase. Your wallet address is visible on-chain the moment you sign a transaction, as is true of any Solana application — that's public blockchain data, not something CopyFrenzy collects separately.
4. Your Email Address
Before you create a token we ask for your email address. We email you a link to confirm it, and once you click it we use the address to send your launch confirmation and occasional CopyFrenzy updates and follow-ups. It is stored with our email provider, Brevo, and we don't link it to your wallet address. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted, message us on Telegram or X. We never sell or rent your email address.
5. Third Parties
We rely on Pinata (IPFS pinning), Raydium (pool creation and pool lookups), DexScreener (embedded price charts), CoinGecko (the live SOL price shown on our homepage), Brevo (email delivery and our subscriber list), Cloudflare Turnstile (an optional bot check on forms), our database host (which stores the records described in section 9), and our RPC provider to operate. Requests you make necessarily pass through these services; their own privacy policies govern what they log.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies, so it only loads if you click Accept on the cookie banner; if you decline, it never loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track you across sites. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Stored In Your Browser
Your list of launched tokens and pools, your cookie choice, a marker that you've already entered your email, and your wallet-connection preference are saved in your own browser's local storage. The marker doesn't contain your email. If you arrive through an affiliate link, the referring wallet's address is also kept there for up to 30 days so it can be credited if you buy a pack. If you sign in with your wallet, a secure session cookie keeps you signed in for 7 days; it is strictly necessary for that feature and is not used for analytics or advertising. Clearing your site data removes all of this.
8. Network Requests
Reads from the Solana network and the transactions you sign are relayed through our server to our RPC provider so that provider's access key isn't exposed in your browser. We don't store these requests. Your IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit abuse, and your hosting provider may keep standard access logs.
9. Launch Packs & Affiliate Program
If you sign in with your wallet, we store: your wallet address, your launch-credit balance and its history, your pack purchases (the on-chain transaction, price and date), the launches you paid for with credits (the token's mint address), and, if you were referred, the wallet address of your referrer. Payments themselves happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public. For affiliates, we count visits that arrive through a referral link once per visitor per day, using a salted one-way hash of the visitor's IP address, so the address itself is never stored and the hash can't be reversed. This data is used only to run these features, prevent abuse, and show you your own balances and earnings. Signing in never gives us access to your funds.
10. No Sale Of Data
We do not sell personal data, including email addresses. We collect only what's described on this page.
