Terms of Service

1. What CopyFrenzy Is

CopyFrenzy is a client-side interface that helps you assemble and sign real Solana transactions: minting an SPL token and, optionally, creating a Raydium liquidity pool for it. We do not operate a blockchain, issue tokens ourselves, or custody any funds. Every transaction is signed by you, from your own wallet. Raydium is a separate, third-party protocol — we are not affiliated with Raydium and have no control over their pools or programs.

2. No AI, No Guarantees

This platform does not use AI to generate names, art, descriptions, or any other token content. Everything you launch is what you typed and uploaded. We make no claims about the future value, liquidity, or success of any token created through CopyFrenzy.

3. Platform Fee

Creating a token charges a 0.25 SOL base platform fee, plus 0.1 SOL for each optional add-on you select (creator info, social links, revoking freeze/mint/update authority), transferred in its own separate transaction from your token creation. Creating a token also seeds a real Raydium liquidity pool as part of the same flow, using the SOL and supply you specify — that liquidity is yours, held in your own LP position, not a fee paid to us. Removing liquidity later is free. All fees are disclosed before you sign and are non-refundable once a transaction confirms on-chain.

4. Launch Packs & Credits

You may prepay for token launches by buying a launch pack. Each launch credit covers the base platform fee for one token launch; optional add-ons are still charged separately. You pay for a pack with a single on-chain transaction, and credits are added to your wallet's account once we verify that payment on the blockchain. Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, can't be transferred to another wallet, and don't expire. If a launch fails to create a token, the credit spent on it is returned. Signing in to use credits only proves you own the wallet and never gives us access to your funds. We may change pack prices for future purchases at any time; credits you already hold are unaffected.

5. Affiliate Program

Anyone can share a referral link. When a visitor arrives through your link and later signs in with their wallet, you become their referrer, fixed at that first sign-in. When they buy a launch pack, 10% of the pack price is paid to your wallet by the buyer's own payment transaction. The buyer pays the same price either way. Referring your own wallets, or artificially inflating visits or sign-ups, does not count and may lead us to remove your access. We may change or end the program for future purchases at any time. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn and for following the rules that apply to how you promote CopyFrenzy, including not making false or misleading claims about tokens or returns.

6. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the accuracy of the information you provide, and compliance with the laws that apply to you. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — review everything in your wallet before approving a signature.

7. No Warranty

CopyFrenzy is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from smart contract risk, network congestion, third-party wallet behavior, or market outcomes of any token you create.
