What a pool creator does
Creating a Raydium pool means calling Raydium's program with the right accounts: your token, wrapped SOL, the amounts to deposit, and a few protocol accounts. Getting that wrong is easy, so a pool creator assembles it for you and asks your wallet to sign. The result is the same on-chain pool you would get by hand.
Before the pool exists, the token cannot be traded. If you are still at the token-creation stage, start with mint a Solana token and add liquidity.
What the pool is made of
- Your token (the full supply on CopyFrenzy)
- SOL that you choose to pair with it
- LP tokens sent to your wallet, representing your share
Raydium's standard CPMM pool keeps the product of the two amounts constant as people trade, so buying pushes the price up and selling pushes it down. The starting price is the SOL you add divided by the tokens you add, worked through with numbers in how to create a Raydium liquidity pool.
Creating the pool on CopyFrenzy
- On the create page, fill in your token details.
- Enter SOL to pair in the Liquidity Pool section.
- Launch. The token is minted, then the pool is created straight after.
- Approve each wallet prompt and save the pool ID and mint address shown afterwards.
If the pool doesn't appear on charts
A new pool can take a few minutes to show up on price sites. If yours is still missing after a while, follow the checklist in token not showing on DexScreener.
